EXPIRED LISTING INFORMATION:

Your home expired from the MLS... now you are in for an onslaught of real estate agent solicitations!!

Very simply... What do you do now? Well, read on and you'll get all the help you need!

BulletFIRST THINGS FIRST - Don't be in a huge rush to re-list. Taking a day or two to prepare can save you months in market time!! YOU WILL get a barrage of calls... not a bad idea to hear them out any one of these agents may have a buyer for your home - even if you don't list with them! ALSO, any agent who is service minded will send a sampling of information to you right away. Your first step to getting the type of agent you really want is to look through the mailings, take the calls, and decide who you would like to investigate further. This will narrow it down a lot.

Bullet YOUR SECOND STEP... is to ask those agents who made it past step one to send you a package detailing their marketing campaign and resume'. Those who don't have a package to send you right away need not apply for your business. You can then peruse the information to determine who to actually interview. (If you are in a hurry to get your home back on the market, tell them to have their package delivered within 24 hours. This should not be too difficult if they provide excellent service!) NOW... you just call and set interviews with the agents who made it past steps 1 and 2.

Bullet YOUR THIRD STEP... Call and set interviews with 3 agents who you choose based on the package of information and your comfort with their phone conversation. (You can interview more, but it becomes a little confusing if you do. Try interviewing 3 and if you are not comfortable with one, set more interviews.)
BY THE WAY, IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO INTERVIEW ANYONE YET, at least complete steps one and two. Also, EVERY agent you interview will provide a market analysis, but if you are not interviewing anyone and just want to know what an unbiased, objective market value of your home would be, click below... no hassle, no obligation, you don't even have to talk to an agent! CLICK HERE TO ORDER YOUR HOME VALUATION

Bullet YOUR LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP... BE PREPARED for your interviews. Be sure to include the line of questioning that gives you the information you need to make the best decision for YOU!

Hope this information is helpful to you, please feel free to contact me with any questions and to set up an appointment!
